Friday, October 29. , (Before Major Roberts, E.M.) Eolfo y. Rolfe: Charles Eolfo was charged with assaulting and beating his wife, Mary Eolfo.—The defendant did not appear in answer to the summons. The case was accordingly adjourned till 10 o’clock this morning, and a warrant was issued for the apprehension of the defendant.
