The s s Eowena arrived in harbour on Sunday afternoon about three o’clock, the delay in her arrival having been caused by the rough weather she encountered on her way down. She left Auckland on Friday evening at the usual hour, but was obliged to put into Drunken Bay for shelter during the night ; left Drunken Bay at six on Saturday morning, and experienced very rough weather; put in lo Mercury Island at 4 o’clock on Saturday afternoon, leaving again at 11 the same night* She left Mercury Bay for this Port at six on Sunday morning.
