Requisition to the Secretary of the Tauranga Laud, Building, and Investment Society. I P. W { tho undersigned, being Members of the Tauranga Land. Building, and Investment Society, hereby request that -you ■will convene a meeting of the-Members of the said Society, at which the following now rule may be made, viz.:— “That tho Trustees of the Society 'may with funds of and on behalf of the Society purchase and hold land with or without a house, and erect thereon a house or offices for the husinoss of tho Society, and may on the termiiiation of the Society sell and execute a, .conveyance or conveyances of tho said land and house- to any purchaser or purchasers thereof.” And at which tho 25th rule of tho Rules of the Society may bo amended, by the insertion of the.
