Dissolution of Partnership. NOTICE is hereby given that the PARTNERSHIP hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, carrying on business at Tauranga as Proprietors of the Rax of Plenty Times Newspaper, Printers, and Stationers, under the style or firm of PENNY & CO., was, on the 27th day of August last, DISSOLVED by mutual consent. All Debts due to or by the late firm will be received and paid by W. B. LANGBRIDGE, by whom the business will in future he carried on. Dated this 28th day of August, 1874. H. W. PENNY. W. B.
