It was proposed by Mr Brabant, seconded by rLi fen field, 1 hat Mr R. Ihompson’s account be passed for payment on the certificate of Mr Wyatt, She resident schoolmaster, and a member of the committee that the work has been fully and sar is factor Ily completed. ’’—Carried unanimously. After some deliberation the Committee decided no) to entertain the account-, and instructed the Secretary to write to .Mr Black to that effect. Mr C. D. Litchfield was elected to assist Mr Wyatt in the inspection of the building, and the meeting separated.
