Mr Edward Billie, of Tauranga, was found dead in an out,-house off the Wesleyan Chapel. Medical examination showed that death was caused by cold and cramp. When found the deceased was almost perfectly naked. He iiad apparently, either in a wandering state of mind, or while labouring under the effects of alcohol, stripped himself under the impression that be was going to bed, then laid himself down, and perished during the last severe frosty night.
