From the kind old paper maker. From the landlord, from the carrier. From the man who taxes let ters With a stamp from Undo Samuel— Uncle Sam the rowdies can him ; Front them ait tnerc cutties a message. Message kind but firmly spoken, “ Please to pay ua what you owe us.’' \\ ouki you hft a burden from us ? \Would you drive a spectre from us ? Wmuld you taste a pleasant slumber P Would you have a quiet conscience ? Would you read a paper paid for?
