Grahamstown, Tuesday Night. . There has been heavy rain since Monday mornmg, which Hooded the town at high water last night. The approach to the stalls in the Academy of Music was ankle deep. The water invaded the orchestra, and the piano had to be removed. Several culverts are materially damaged, and small bridges washed away. The weather is interfering seriously with business. Share market: Scarcely anything doing.
