Bat op Pxentt Times Office, Tuesday Evening. Mr H. W. Penny, auctioneer and general agent, announces his maiden auction sale to take place at his auction mart, Opotiki, on Saturday next, when he will offer for public competition cattle, horses, farm implements, &o. We again remind our readers of the important land sale of mission lots in Tauranga to be held at Auckland on the Bth instant. Mr JBodell proceeded to Auckland by the steamer to attend the sale and execute any commissions he was entrusted with. A better or more competent agent could not be found in the district. At Mr Bedell's auction sale on Monday last a blacksmith’s forge and other plant, the property of Captain Eraser realised satisfactory prices.
