It ia reported, says the Napier JTrrahl, that Ic Kooti has written a friendly letter to the chiefs on the liast Coast, asking them not to sell all their Land. It would appear, therefore, that Henare Mama and his friends have found a valu~ able ally m the hero of the Poverty Bay massacre
