By telegram, we learn that the ss Pretty Jane arrived at Auckland at 38€ p.tn. on the 25th, and the Southern Cross at 5 a,m. on the 20 h inst. The s a Murray, from Auckland, via Mercury Bay, arrived in harbour on Wednesday afternoon last after a good passage. Wo are indebted to the purser for late papers and ether favours. She left for Auckland on Thursday' morning at 11 o’clock. Wo understand that the s s Southern Cross will leave Auckland for Tauranga this evening or to-morrow morning. The Murray arrived in Auckland at 11.30 a.ra. yesterday.
