From and after the passing of this Act, no aheep in course of transmission from any place without the Province of Auckland, shall be landed in any place within the Province without the written permission of the Inspector of Sheep for the District wherein such lastmentioned place shall be situate, or of some person duly appointed in writing in that behalf by the Superintendent. 5. Every person who shall, without the pertr.wdon hereinbefore required, land, aid, or assist .ny way in landing any such sheep in the said - mnce, shall for ©very such offence be liable to - oenalty not exceeding One Hdndbed Pounds. 6. Ever? owner of any such sheep who shall .and, or permit, or suffer the same to be landed 'tfore the same shall have been submitted to such - or before the charges payable under Act shall have been paid, shall in either of eases be deemed to have committed an against this Act, and shall on conviction - le to a penalty not exceeding One Hunxkeed . ■ i> s.
