CAPTAIN MORRIS, M.P.C.
TO THE EDITOB. SIH,--—Can you inform me if Captain Morris is am] in the land of the living, and if so where he is to be found ? I have noticed several times since the gallant captain's election as “ our member ” in the Provincial Gounod, that he has on nearly every 'occasion of a public meeting being held made himself conspicuous by his absence; and last week, even when his Honor and Executive arrived, ho was not present to receive his chief. It appears to me that Captain Morris is treating us very cavalierly, and if ho goes on in the way he has commenced it is more than l.koly that he will be asked to carry out what he promised,
Vlz if the doctors were not satisfied with his conduct at tho cud of three months,—l f ui c. | r „ T , O N ' E who Voted koh Him. L o behove Captain Morris is temporarily absent from tho district.—EnJ
