Cajnam i'unks also appealed against the rate ns being iilcg-d. Air S, L. Clarke and Mr Chadwick staled flmt it was their munition lo appeal upon the same grounds. Alter some discussion, it was proposed by Air Kirk, and seconded by Mr Luu-ioo, “ That this Board do a ij-mru to a. time tmd place to be (.oreafter fixed, (o allow time for liio secretary' to wrae to the Superintendent for a legal opinion as to ccrluin points tofli ctiug the coi lection of tho rat.es.”
