Teste ed at. (Before H. T. Clarke, Esq,, R.M., and Major Roberts, R. M.) Civil Side. Wilson- v. Gregory. —Claim £ll 355, for work and labour performed—No appearance of either parlies.—Mr Bradley appeared as agent for defendant.—Casa ordered, to be struck off list. Tamati Ter v. Thomas Bennett.—Claim £f>, for value of horse and hire of the same.— No appearance of defendant.—Judgment by default for amount claimed and costs. Green - t. Jordan. —Claim £l3 —This was an adjourned case.— Mr Bradley, by consent of Mr Jordan, again appeared as agent for the plaintiff. —Mr Jordan applied for the costs in the last nonsuit recorded against, plaintiff to bo paid into Conrt.—The Bench ordered such costs to be paid forthwith, which was accordingly clone, and the matter was proceeded with.— The evidence was similar to that already published by up. —The Bench gave judgment for defendant with full costs.
