SALE OF £50,000 NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT FOLK PER CENT. DEBENTURES. APPLICATIONS are invited for the PXTEA CHASE of the whole or any portion of FIFTY THOUSAND NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT DEBENTURES. These Debentures will bo issued under the Immigration and Public Works Loan Act, 1870, and will bo sold at £9O 10a por cent. The Debentures will have a currency of Forty Tears from the loth April, 1873, and will be iu sums of One Hundred Pounds each, bearing interest at Four per cent,, payable half-yearly 00. the 15th April and 15th October in each year. The Debentures will be allotted in the order of application, and will bo delivered to the purchaser on payment of tho purchase money with accrued interest from 15th April.
