SALE OF £50,000 NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT FOLK PEE CENT. DEBENTURES. ,4 PPLICATIONS are invited for the PUR*i CHASE of the whole or any portion of FIFTY THOUSAND NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT DEBENTURES. These Debentures will be issued under the Immigration and Public Works Loan Act, 1870, and will bo sold at £OO 10s par cent. The Debentures will have a currency of Forty Years from the loth April, 1873, and will be in sums of One Hundred Pounds each, bearing interest at Four per cent., payable half-yearly on the 1511 1 April and loth October in each year. The Debentures will be allotted in the order of application, and will be delivered to the purchaser on payment of the purchase money with accrued interest from 15th April.
