A report of the Town Board held on Monday last is crowded out at the last moment to make room for telegrams.

The first entry in the Customs at Tauranga has been passed by Captain Hansen of the good ship Bella, with a cargo of general merchandise from Auckland. Mr O Mears, surveyor, arrived in Tauranga from Ohinemutu on Saturday morning, and left the same evening by the Southern Cross for Auckland. Mr O’Meara informs ns that he was compelled by Lieutenant Bluett, of the Native Contingent, acting on behalf of the General Government, to stop the survey of some native lands he was carrying on in that district. Louis Narey, tailor, &c„ has removed from his old quarters to the house adjacent to the forge formerly occupied by Mr Young.
