Thuesdae, September 11. (Before Captain Tovey, J.P.) DKTNSENNEB3. P. M. Pennete was convicted of this (his third) offence since the 18th of Juno last. His Worship sentenced the prisoner, under the Vagrant Act, to three months’ imprisonment with hard labour ; and, upon the application of Sergeant Naden, prisoner was ordered to undergo sentence in the Auckland gaol.
