TO THE EDITOR. ' Sir Of all the places I have known infected with com mu, tees ot old women this one is certainly the worst. And they are not even working old women. . Where are our Church committeewomen t and what, m the name.of starched caps, are they doing ? They have bud moat liberal subscriptions poured into their laps 5 they have a most indefatigable architect (Mr W. A. Burrows) who has denied himself the pleasures of society’ and lived the life of a reolnso the more assiduously to devote himself to the production of the plantiL winch, X behove, have been completed some time. Mr Architect cannot be to blame, as hi is , Knowu 1° bo a moat punctual and no .nodical man.
