Claim, £52 Is 9d, for alleged breach of contract, &c. Mr W. H. Kusaling, of Auckland, appeared for the defendant. We regret that we are compelled to leave over a report of the proceedings until our next hsua. Judgment was given for defendant. Mr Parsons gave notice of appeal.
