Weds,£sd at, Argust 20. (Before Majors Eoberts and Mair, R.M.s.) CIVIL CASE. The case of Green v. Jordan was adjourned by consent for six weeks. tauhanga hotel. The new license of this hotel was transferred from W. H. Bennet to Alexander Cook, Friday, August 22. (Before Majors Mair and Roberts, B.M.’s, and E. M. Edgcumhe, Esq., J.P.) PARSONS T, D. SELLARS. Claim, £52 Is 9d, for alleged breach of contract, &c. Mr W. H. Kusaling, of Auckland, appeared for the defendant. We regret that we are compelled to leave over a report of the proceedings until our next hsua. Judgment was given for defendant. Mr Parsons gave notice of appeal.
