The Southern Cross arrived at Auckland at h.3d pm on Sunday last. She is due here again this afternoon.

_ 1 Le brigantine Coronet, D. Sutherland, master, arrived in harbour on Monday morning. She lefc Lyttelton on the 29th July ; experienced strong southerly breeze and showers as far as the East Cape, which she rounded on Friday evening; from thence to Tauranga light, variable winds, and calms. She arrived off the entrance at 12 o’clock on Sunday night. Captain Sutherland reports having sighted no vessels on the voyage up. The Coronet brings the following cargo for Tauranga;—3oo sacks oats, 500 bags flour, 40 sacks hour, 30 sacks bran, 3 ewt oatmeal, Thomas TV rig ley. Also, for Auckland ; 304 sacks wheat, 573 sacks oats, 16 sacks rye, to order.
