COMMERCIAL.
Bat of Plenty Times Office, Tuesday Evening, It is highly satisfactory to learn that the next crop of wheat in the Bay of Plenty is expected, at the very least, to double the amount produced last harvest. The natives are also sowing in large quantities throughout the East Coast—the surest sign of their peaceful intentions. We have nothing new to report In commercial matters, either local or general.
