My dear Mr Editor, —Do tell that ignoramus “ Tommy Dud ” that he never can have bad the felicity of opening an Italian opera libretto or he would have seen prima tenors on the first page. If it were not that his “ splutteringa” are from the quilt pen of a goose, I would suggest mental aberration as the cause of hia erratic effusions. My dear friend, as a last favour, 1 beg of you not to allow him to class with the masculine gender. ~Your loving Goddess Terpsichore. Tfturanga, June 29, 1878.
