The Tauranga Highway Board (country district) are now having works done that must be of great convenience to everyone who is in the habit of mounting a horse. Tenders have been accepted for all these works Messrs Earle and Reeves for making some 70 or 80 chains of the Otumoetai road, Mr P. Collins for placing in proper order the Judea road, which, by-the-bye, really wanted attending to, and Mr Kennedy for work on the Pye’s Pa road.
