Depastures.—April. 12—Southern Cross, a.s., Sellars, for Auckland, with passengers and cargo, TELEG-EAPHIO. The Southern Cross arrived at Auckland on Sunday evening at 7 o’clock. The first of Messrs P. Henderson and Co.’s line of .New Zealand packets from London, under engagement- with the New Zealand Freight Company, was to sail direct for Auckland on the 20th February. This vessel—the Hyton Castle —is commanded by Captain Scott. She is a fine new clipper barque of nearly 600 tons, and is classed AI at Lloyd’s far 14 years.
