Tho Board met on Tuesday, the Bth instant, at the Masonic Hotel. Present : Mr 8. Moody (Chairman), Messrs Dawson, Armstrong, Busat, James Kolly, and Richards (Secretary). Tenders were received for repairs in Main atreot. Seven tenders were .in—that of Messrs Murphy and Luttrell wag accepted, £ls 9s 12d. For repairing and forming portion of road in Wellington street, Mr James Smith's tender was aoeepted'-— £8 10*. Mr Robert Patten was called upon to explain tho position of tho buildings complained of by Mr Kushton, The Board considered the explanation satisfactory, and declined to order thoir | removal. i Tho Board informed Mr Black that he could recover damages for goat trespass in tho R„M, Oourt.
