One-fourth of the purchase money in cash on the fall of the hammer, the remainder at. or before the expiration of three calendar months from tho day of sale, to be paid at the office of the Officer in Charge of Confiscated Lands, Patea. , By clause 18 of tho Confiscated Land Regulations, under which the sale is to take place. 0 " in the event of the second payment not being made as aforesaid, the. sale shall be void and the douosifc forfeited.” Block lies between tho Patea and Wbenmvkura Rivers, on the former of which the Town of Carlyle is situated.
