To TUB EDITOB. Sm,-~Two sessions of the Assembly have been hold in Wellington, and the third is near at hand, but our member has not mot bis Tauranga constituents. In Victoria and other colonies it ia customary for members of Parliament to call their constituents together after every session, and I find this is also done in many places in Now Zealand. boveral doctors hero wonder very much Mr Kelly has not done so.—l am, &0., m As- Biißotob. iuuranga, March 3, 1873.
