Xn South Australia the yield will probably average 16 bushels to the acre on the entire breadth laid down, against six bushels for last year. The Southern Cross roughly estimates the actual increase of wheat cultivation in New Zealand at 32, C j acres. Bast year the yield amounted to 2,3, >,OOO bushels.
