"You tell all your boy friends that the next one who is brought before mo for stone-throwing will not got off with only a warning. Ho will be taken to the police station and the most powerful constable to be found there will bo requisitioned to give the culprit a thorough good hiding." These words were addressed by Mr F. V. Frazer, S.M.. at the Auckland S.M. Court to a very diminutive lad who was brought before him the other day for stone-throw-ing,
