NEW MINISTER
ASSISTANT TO MR. CASEY British Official Wireless Rec. 1 p.m. RUGBY, Aug. 27. Lord Moyne, former Colonial Secretary, has been appointed deputyMinister of State in the Middle East to assist Mr. R. G. Casey. The volume of work carried out by Mr. Casey has greatly increased and the presence of a second Minister will enable visits to be made to the main centres outside Egypt. Lord Moyne will have Cabinet rank.
