The Moratorium Act has freed millions for investment and increased prosperi4j| Ministers ot the Crown, absent Trom New Zealand. can answer questions in the House by telepathy, and the electors of Waimarino can approach their representative the same way. Surelv New Zealand is in the forefront of political civilisation, brought about by its capable legislative administrators. HARRISON.
