BIGAMY CHARGE
BOOTMAKER FOR SENTENCE
Appearing before Mr. F. H. Levien S.M., in the Police Court Horace Basil Wiggins, a bootmaker, aged 33, admitted a charge of bigamy. The evidence showed that Wiggins was married at the registrar's office at Inglewood on December 14. 1932 and w-ent through a form of marriage with another woman at the Friendly Road Studios, Auckland on May 22 last.
W lggins was committed to the supreme Court for sentence. Bail was renewed.
