BIG MEASURE OP AGREEMENT
British Official Wireless Rec. 2 p.m. RUGBY, July 29. "A large general measure of agreement exists between the two Eng-lish-speaking democracies on fundamental principles and main objectives, Mr. C. R. Attlee, Dominions Secretary, said when asked in the House of Commons if the Government was in complete agreement with the recent statements of war and peace aims made on behalf of the United States by prominent public men.
