BRITISH SURVIVORS
SUCCOUR IN PORTUGAL Rec. 11 a.m. LISBON, July 28. Twenty-nine survivors from a British ship, torpedoed 600 miles northwards of the Cape Verde Islands, have been picked up and brought to Sao Vicente after 16 days in a lifeboat. All were exhausted and are in hospital.
