UNDER NAZI DOMINATION Rec. 2 p.m. LONDON, July 28. A court-martial at Lille sentenced to death 28 Frenchmen on charges of sabotage, possession of arms and promoting Communist activities. The entire staff of the hotel Europeoski in Warsaw was sent to a concentration camp, because microphones were discovered in the rooms of German officials. A Stockholm message reports that a decree has been issued in Berlin authorising the transfer of German industries from West Germany to East Germany.
