The International Bureau for the Suppression of Traffic in Women and Children has circularised the Governments of the United Nations, also neutrals, recording profound disgust at the heinous crimes against women and children in occupied countries by the Germans and their associates. The document incorporates a digest of some typical deeds of shame, and urges the Governments to inform the German authorities that extensive records of these and similar shameful misdeeds are being faithfully kept, and wherever possible those guilty wiU meet, appropriate punishment
