A PRIEST'S ESTATE

Out of an estate valued at under £400 provision is made under the will of the late Monsignor Michael James Edge, who died on May 20, for bequests to a number of Roman Catholic institutions. To the Sister Superior of the Good Shepherd Convent at Waikowhai, to the Marist Convent at Waitarnke, to St. Joseph's Convent at Panguru, to the Home of Compassion at Ponsonby, to the Sisters of the Mission at Hamilton, to the Sister Superior of the Convent of Mercy at Pawarenga, and to the Prioress of the Carmelite Monastery, Mount Albert Road, has been left the sum of £25 each. The residue of the estate is to be divided equally among the Maori Mission in tne Auckland diocese, the seminary fund of the Auckland diocese, and St. Columban's Mission, Essendon, Victoria.
