ENDANGERING MORALE

The indictment of 28 people on charges of attempting to destroy the morale of military and naval forces was disclosed with the issuance of warrants in several cities. The indictments, returned by a special Grand Jury, involve largely the publication and circulation of material ridiculing the armed services.
