Adopting the recommendation of the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, who expressed the opinion that, upon the evidence presented, it would he quite unjust to convict, a jury, after a retirement of ten minutes, acquitted Francis Bedford, aged 40, soldier and motor driver, on charges of the unauthorised sale of petrol, with supplying Charles Norman Young without making an entr5 r In the vendor's stock schedule, »nd similarly supplying Young and Heu, 1 limited.
