Gllmour, Wilson and Sidford, together with any M.T.P. players (including Gregory, who was centre when Auckland beat the Tank Brigade 23—11), were not available. Mr. L. S. Drake is manager of the team, which leaves by the Taneatua express on Saturday morning. Foley (Marist Brothers' Old Boys), P. Baumber (Eastbourne), S. Bills (Petone), S. J. Harvey (A.A. Battery). Included in the reserve forwards is Don Beard (Wellington College Old Boys), who scored 100 points for the Auckland Training College in 1940.
