LEADER FAREWELLED

The Girls' Bible Class of the Scott Presbyterian Hall, One Tree Hill, gathered in the hall with members' parents and others on Saturday night to farewell the class leader. Miss Mary Cole, who is leaving to take up an important Y.W.C.A. appointment in Wellington. The programme, to which all members contributed, was in charge of Miss Audrey Boyd, deputy leader, and Miss Velma Goodman, the secretary, gave Miss Cole a parting gift on behalf of the class. Mrs. Murray SteAvart, the new leader, was welcomed.
