BEQUESTS TO CHURCHES

Probate has been granted in two estates in which bequests have been made to church organisations. Under the will of the late Mr. Harry Byron, retired civil servant who died on May 18, leaving an estate valued at £7000, provision is made for payment of a legacy of £500 to the Methodist Church, Franklin Road, Auckland.

Subject to the payment of other bequests, to be delaved for three years, a legacy of £200 to the Methodist Church. Tauranga. is provided for under the will of the late Mr. Moses Spence, retired farmer died on June 7. leaving an estate valued at £3500.
