REMANDED FOR SENTENCE

(P.A.) DUNEDIN, this day. In the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr. Justice Kennedy, Henri Arthur Hirt, aged 48, a Swiss, was found guilty of having unlawfully used an instrument with intent to procure a certain result. Prisoner was remanded for sentence on Tuesday next, bail being granted in his own recognisance of £1000, and two sureties of £1000 each.
