Railway Wagons and Tarpaulins. Help Them Do Full Duty. Faster production means faster transport. In the Country's all-out war effort, the strain upon our national transport system becomes greater and greater. Every loaded waqon standing idle—every consignment lying unclaimed in goods sheds—means inconvenience or delay, somewhere. The railways are life-lines between farms, factories and our fighting forces. There must be no delay. Quick release of wagons and careful handling of tarpaulins are ways of showing that you re not indifferent to YOUR responsibility. A Delayed Wagon Retards Our War Effort.
