SOUTH BRITISH EASIER Some reaction in insurance was confirmed on the Auckland Stock Exchange to-dav, with sales of South British od down to £2 IS . The market generally was quieter and the tone fairly firm. The slightly easier trend in Australians was corrected in the case of Colonial Sugars when buyers came in strongly at £47 10/ and sellers stood out for £50. British Tobaccos changed hands at £2. a rise of 3-' on last month's trading. Government loans were steady.
