HEALING WELL
GENERAL FREYBERG'S WOUND MEN TRUE TO TRADITION (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. In reply to a message to the New Zealand Division, conveying the greetings of delegates at the annual Dominion Council meeting of the New Zealand Returned Services' Association, the following cablegram has been received by Mr. W. Perry, M.L.C., from Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Freyberg:— "An extract of the message from the R.S.A. has been published in orders and has given great satisfaction. Please convey to your members my personal appreciation and the grateful thanks of all ranks of the Second New Zealand Expeditionary Force. In recent fighting, the division continues to live up to the traditions of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force. I am glad to say my wound is healing well. Warmest greetings from us all."
