THREE NO BILLS
Three no bills were returned by the grand Jury in the Supreme Court yesterday in respect to criminal Indictments placed before them for consideration. The cases in which the no bills were returned concerned Ivan Matlrt Perich, charged with negligent driving, causing death, Harry Heathcote Hedgman, charged with failing to stop after an accident, and James Frederick Marshall, charged with Indecent assault on a female.
