Mr. A. C. A. Sexton, vice-president of the Auckland Farmers' Union, left last evening for Wellington to attend a conference.

The Rev. G. E. Moreton left last evening to attend a meetihg of the Commandery Chapter of the Order of St. Jchn in Wellington.

The Rev. Father Gardiner, who was previously attached to the Parnell Catholic parish, Auckland, has assumed his duties as curate at the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, Hamilton.
